Meeting Minutes
12 November 2014 held at Wrentham Manor

  • Call to Order at 6:00 p.m.
  • Announcement: recording of meeting
  • Roll Call: ~Lawrence Sposato absent
Public Input
  • Mrs. Maxwell inquired to the status of the vinyl siding replacement and stated that she expects completion will not be until the spring. Mrs. Bergeron stated that the process has started and will continue through the winter.
  • Mrs. Maxwell asked about the sealcoating. Mrs. Bergeron indicated that she proposed a temporary fix in front of building 10 but has not received any answer from DHCD.
  • Mrs. Maxwell noted that one of the washing machines is broken. Mrs. Bergeron explained that the part is on order. Mrs. Maxwell suggested the possibility of installing additional machines. Mrs. Bergeron would take the suggestion under advisement.
  • Mrs. Penney asked if the Depot Court tenants have issued with residents washing non-resident laundry. Discussion ensued. Mrs. Bergeron explained that there is no documented proof of these incidents.

  • Motion to accept minutes made by Mr. Hall, seconded by Mrs. Lavallee, motion carried.

  • Tenant/Participant Activity: State-aided: Processed one transfer ; MRVP: administered seven Annual reexams, one interim and one new admission; HCV: processed four annuals, one port-in update, one issuance of voucher and two interim reexams; submitted HUD Form 50058.
  • Input six applicants; notified twenty-four applicants that Family/MRVP list is closed.
  • 667-1 Walkway Ponding pending assignment of new civil engineer; 667-1 Vinyl Siding in approval with architect.
  • Discussion regarding vacant units.
  • Discussion regarding tenant accounts receivable; Mrs. Bergeron will provide the board with repayment agreement information.
  • Any other business that may legally come before the board
  • Next meeting is December 9, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at Wrentham Manor.
  • Motion to adjourn made by Mr. Hall, seconded by Mrs. Sacco, all in favor, motion carried.
